The ancient Greek physician, Hippocrates, is the father of modern medicine. He used a famous recipe using vinegar and honey to ease respiratory infections. He called his formula oxymel. It has worked for centuries, and now you can try it too.
Add a teaspoon of natural honey and a tablespoon of cidar vinegar in a cup and drink to help stop coughing. Repeat as needed.
A variation of his famous recipe is to add the juice of one lemon to the mixture.

MAYONNAISE
Place 1/2 cup of mayonnaise in a microwave safe bowl. Heat the mayonnaise in the microwave until it is warm (not HOT). Rub the warm mayonnaise throughout your hair. Warm a towel in the dryer and then wrap the towel around your hair. Secure the towel into place, and let the mayonnaise sit on your hair for 20-30 minutes. When time is up shampoo as usual. Repeat this dry hair treatment once a week, or as needed.

TOOTHPASTE
Using a Q-tip, apply a dab of toothpaste (regular paste, not gel) directly onto the pimple. Let it dry overnight, and then wash your face like usual in the morning with warm water. Toothpaste has the same drying properties of many common over the counter acne creams. It can be used in a pinch, until you can make it to the store to buy your regular acne cream.
