Garlic, Rubbing Alcohol, and Water (Athlete's Foot)      mjmm     AlA 

Crush several cloves of garlic and add to a tub of warm water.  Add two tablespoons of rubbing alcohol.  Soak your feet for about 10 minutes to help control althlete's foot.  Repeat everyday until conditions improve.  Garlic has antifungal properties which will help treat athlete's foot infections.

Water, Vinegar (Foot Odor)

Water and  vinegar mixed together can help control foot odor.  Add  1/4 cup of vinegar to a gallon warm water in a small tub.  Soak your feet for 10 minutes.  Soak your feet everyday until the bad foot odor disappears. It works!! 

Baking Soda, Water (Foot Itch)

In a small tub, add 4 tablespoons of baking soda to 1 gallon of warm water.  Soak your feet in the mixture to help relieve your foot itch.

Garlic Oil (Athlete's Foot) 

Make your own home made garlic oil by crushing several cloves of garlic and steep them in olive oil for three days.  After three days, strain out the garlic pieces and use a cotton ball to apply the garlic oil between your toes once or twice a day.  Let the oil soak into your skin and then wipe off any excess.

Mouthwash (Toenail Fungus)

Dump some antiseptic mouthwash into a small tub and soak your feet for 10 minutes to help get rid of nail fungus.  Repeat daily as needed. This is one of many simple home remedies to try to help control unsightly fungus. 

 

More Easy Home Remedies to cure Foot Problems:

Baking Soda, Salt, Water (Calluses)

Stir together 3 parts baking soda and 1 part of water.  Add a pinch of course salt.  Massage this paste onto your heels and calluses to help smooth them.  This is a simple home remedy.

Honey, Cinnamon

Add some cinnamon powder and a teaspoon of honey  into warm water and mix together. Gargle and swish between teeth.  Rinse with water.  This is a top bad breath home remedy. 

Baking Soda

Use baking soda as a toothpaste to help whighten teeth and fight bad breath.  Dip a damp toothbrush into some baking soda.  Brush teeth as usual. This is one of many effective home remedies for bad breath.

Apple

Eat a small apple after a strong meal.  Many natural fruits are great cures for bad breath symptoms.

Lemon Juice & Salt

Make a paste with lemon juice and salt.  Rub this paste on your teeth, gums, and tongue to help rub away food particles and bacteria that cause bad breath.  Rinse mouth with water.  Repeat when needed throughout the day.  This a simple and inexpensive home remedy to control bad breath.
